Tongue Scraping: The best addition to my morning routine

A few months ago, I incorporated tongue scraping into my morning routine and I will NEVER go back!

I have been talking NON-STOP about tongue scraping on my Instagram stories, but I wanted to put everything together here to have in one place. I am obsessed and feel gross when I don’t do it in the morning now. The best thing is is that there’s a notable difference right away! I got many of my friends onboard and they’ve all texted me that they are forever changed!! I am going to share more information about tongue scraping below.

Tongue scraping is Ayurvedic practice that removes bacteria, dead cells and buildup from the tongue. Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic healing practices in the world! Using a tongue scraper is more effective than simply using your toothbrush to clean your tongue. Brush your teeth like normal and floss, too! Then, grab your tongue scraper. Lightly press on your tongue starting in the back and then scrape down to the front. Rinse it off with warm water after each scrape and do about 10 scrapes. You will see the nasty coming off your tongue and will become obsessed - trust me. I know I sound crazy, but don't knock it until you try it!
